Q1: I want to cancel the order.
A1: If you want to cancel the order, please contact shop@homelux24.eu . Cancellation can only be done before the package is shipped. If the package is already in transit, the order cannot be canceled.
Q2: When will my order be shipped?
A2: Your package will be shipped within 1-2 business days and delivered in about 3-6 business days. We will contact you if there are any special circumstances.
F3: Return period
A3: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept a return for a refund or exchange of products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery.If you have any product problems within 30 days of purchase, you can actively contact us and we will provide you with the most suitable solution according to the situation.
Q4: How can I return my order?
A4: Please contact shop@homelux24.eu and tell us the reason why you want to return the items. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Q5: I purchased the wrong items / These items are not compatible with my needs.
A5: Please contact shop@homelux24.eu and we will help you solve the problems. Items returned to us without prior return will not be accepted.
Q6: Do you ship to other countries?
A6: We currently only ship within Germany
