Processing time for orders

Shipping location

  • We only offer delivery within Germany.
  • Delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses as well as international deliveries are not currently available.

Shipment tracking

  • You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (tracking number will be activated within 24 hours ). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
  • Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
  • If you cannot track your parcel normally, please contact us and we will solve the problem within 48 hours .

Delivery time exceeded

  • If your order is delayed, please contact us by email at shop@homelux24.eu . We will immediately check the situation with the transport company. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Order cancellations

  • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is completed and the package has not been shipped yet, you can cancel your order before the item is delivered. We will refund you the full amount.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the package has been shipped.

  • In rare cases, orders may be subject to customs fees imposed by your government, not ours. You are responsible for these charges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we have no control over customs authorities in your country or elsewhere.
