Pay with Paypal


When you place an order with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.
However, you can also pay without a PayPal account. To do so, click on "Pay with debit/credit card" and you will be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card details or complete your payment securely via PayPal.

Bank cards
We accept the following cards:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • maestro
  • China UnionPay

You have credit or debit card options available when paying. We secure your card with the highest security and work with your card issuer during order processing. Verified by Visa & MasterCard Secure Code are supported.

  • We offer secure online payment methods, which is why we have added an extra layer of security for Visa and MasterCard payments to protect you from unauthorized use of your credit card. 3-D Secure technology includes the Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code programs.
  • When you select a credit card during the checkout process, a new window will appear asking for your personal security code. Your bank will authenticate the transaction within seconds and confirm that you are the person making the purchase.

ShopPay
1. Choose Shop Pay when paying: Look for the Shop Pay logo or option when paying.
2. Choose your payment plan: Shop Pay offers two main payment options:

  • Pay in 4 installments: Divide your purchase into four equal installments, usually due every two weeks, with the first payment made at checkout.
  • Full payment: Pay the full amount of your purchase at checkout.

3. Complete your purchase: After you select your payment plan and create/log in your account, you can review your purchase details and confirm your order. Shop Pay will conduct a credit check to determine your eligibility for the Pay in 4 installment plan.
4. Manage your payments: You can track your Shop Pay orders, upcoming payments and payment history through the Shop app or our website. Make sure you make your payments on time to avoid late fees.

Apple Pay
Apple Pay is available as a payment option if you use an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch or Mac).
Complete your purchase: Authenticate payment with Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode on your Apple device.
Safe and traceable: Your payment information is encrypted and secure. You can track your payment status via the Wallet app.

Google Pay
When paying, look for the Google Pay logo or the corresponding option if you're using an Android device. Make sure the credit or debit card linked to your Google Pay account is current and has enough funds to make the purchase.

  • After you select Google Pay and confirm your payment method, authenticate the payment using your Android device (phone, tablet, or Wear OS smartwatch) with your fingerprint, PIN, or other secure method.
  • You can track your Google Pay transactions through the Google Pay app. Make sure your cards and payment methods are up to date to avoid payment issues.

Klarna
1. Choose Klarna when paying: Look for the Klarna logo or option when paying.
2. Choose your payment plan: Klarna usually offers three main payment options:

  • Pay in 4 installments: Divide your purchase into four equal installments, usually due every two weeks, with the first payment made at checkout.
  • Pay in 30 installments: Defer your payment for 30 days with no interest or fees.

Financing: This option is available for larger purchases and allows you to finance your purchase over an extended period of time with fixed monthly payments and interest rates.
3. Complete your purchase: After you have selected your payment plan and created/logged into your account, you can review your purchase details and confirm your order. Klarna will conduct a credit check to determine your eligibility for the chosen payment option.
4. Manage your payments: You can track your Klarna orders, upcoming payments and payment history through the Klarna app or website. Make sure you make your payments on time to avoid late fees.

Why was my payment declined?
If you are having trouble paying, declined payments may be due to one or more of the following causes:

PayPal:

  • The time on the transaction page has expired.
  • You leave the site before completing the payment process.
  • Your PayPal account does not have sufficient funds or is not linked to a secondary option such as a bank account or credit card.

If you have any detailed questions about your PayPal account, please contact PayPal.

Credit card:

  • The cardholder's name and address do not match the billing information. Make sure all information such as card number, expiration date and CVV code are entered correctly and check that the name and billing address exactly match what is stated on your card statement.
  • A credit or debit card must be issued by a bank or financial institution based in Germany, otherwise your card will not be eligible for international payments.
  • Your card has reached the limit for internet transactions.
  • The transaction page has expired.
  • You leave the site before completing the payment process.

About the voucher code
You can apply coupons to your order when paying. After entering your coupon code, click "Apply" and the discount will be automatically applied to your order value. Please note: If you do not click "Apply" before proceeding to checkout, the coupon discount will not be applied to your order value.
NOTES:

  • Please make sure you enter the voucher code exactly as you received it, with no spaces before, inside or after it. To avoid errors, we recommend that you copy/paste the promotional code you received.
  • Vouchers cannot be combined. You can only use one voucher code per order.
