If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will process your return/exchange request as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Requests after 30 days will not be honored. Please contact us first by email at shop@homelux24.eu

Return and exchange conditions

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • All items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.

Non-returnable items

  • Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Damages/losses caused by customers are not refundable.

General return process

  • Initiate a return: Please send us an email to shop@homelux24.eu with photos and/or videos of the items and tell us your order number. Our customer service will check the eligibility of your return request within 3 business days.
  • Returning Items: If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange using a shipping method that offers tracking information as well as a signature, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
  • Refund or Exchange: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Return costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong products, quality problems of the products), we will refund you the full amount including the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a buyer's error (e.g. item not liked/desired, wrong product/size ordered), the buyer should bear the return shipping costs.
  • There is no restocking fee for returning a product.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days to the original method of payment.
  • If you have not received the refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for a refund to be officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@homelux24.eu .

Please note: We do not refund original shipping costs.

Order cancellations

  • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is completed and the package has not been shipped yet, you can cancel your order before the item is delivered and we will refund you the full amount.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the package has been shipped.
